Not only was the technican (Gary) knowledge and friendly but he new his stuff and within 2 minutes understood what our air condition problem was. Then within 20 minutes he had corrected the issue while giving some good advice on some other questions we had. Now here is where a business makes it reputation: When it came to settling the bill, due to Gary being a little late to the appointment, Dan King's One Hour stood by it's word and the visit was free. Talking about exceeding a customer's expectations. "This memorial day marks five years that my wife and I have been using Dan King's One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating. That's longer than I've used any other contractor, vendor, service provider, etc. As with anyone I ever use, I do at least one price check every other year, and with anyone cheaperor matching prices I ask neighbors and friends what they think. Dan King has never been remotely at risk for losing me as a client. The only people that can offer lower prices are people I wouldn't trust with my wife and home, or people that I don't trust to do as a good a job. This Monday we replaced the last of the original HVAC system in our house and have been pleased with every other purchase we've made: 2 AC's, an upstairs furnance, electrostatic filters, a whole-house air purification system, a humidfier, a tankless water heater, and a pressure limiter. Everything has matched or exceeded our expectations. For the last year or two, we've usually had Josh performing our HVAC service. He has always been on time, knowledgale, kind and trustworthy. As you know our system failed yesterday but he came smiling and helped get our furnace running well enough to make it to Monday when we got our nice new one installed. I've rarely had such faith in a service technician but your employees go above and beyond."
